Delivery & Returns

We ship our stamps worldwide and on receipt of cleared funds we will normally ship wholesale orders within 2 – 3 working days excluding Sundays and UK public holidays  unless agreed otherwise. If there are any changes to shipping times during periods of holiday etc this will be clearly stated on the website.

Items shipped to UK destinations will be sent by first class post (recorded signed for). The post office has a delivery aim of one working day.

Items shipped to destinations outside the UK will be sent by airmail. The post office has a delivery aim of 3 working days for European destinations and 5 working days for all destinations outside Europe.

Once we have shipped an order the above delivery times are beyond our control as we are in the hands of the postal service. Delays may occasionally be experienced particularly if a package is intercepted by Customs in the destination country.

All products are checked for quality prior to shipping to ensure they are free of any defects.

If you are unhappy with any product, returns will be accepted with 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging for a full refund including the original postage and packaging cost. Customers will be responsible for return postage costs.

Our shipping rates are as follows:-

Postage and packaging to UK destinations is £3.50 for orders between £50 and £99.99 with free postage and packaging for orders of £100 and over (postage and packaging costs do not count towards the £100 order value to qualify for free postage and packaging).

Postage and packaging to Europe destinations is £9.95 for orders between £50 and £99.99, £14.95 for orders between £100 and £149.99 and free for orders of £150 and over.

Postage and packaging to the rest of the world is £16.95 for orders between £50 and £99.99, £24.95 for orders between £100 and £149.99 and free for orders of £150 and over.
