Delivery & Returns

We ship our stamps worldwide and on receipt of cleared funds we will normally ship the goods within 24 hours excluding Sundays and UK public holidays. If there are any changes to shipping times during periods of holiday etc this will be clearly stated on the website.

Wholesale orders will generally be posted within 2 - 3 working days unless agreed otherwise.

Items shipped to UK destinations will be sent by first class post - the post office has a delivery aim of one working day.

Items shipped to destinations outside the UK will be sent by airmail - the post office has a delivery aim of 3 working days for European destinations and 5 working days for all destinations outside Europe.

Once we have shipped an order the above delivery times are beyond our control as we are in the hands of the postal service. Delays may occasionally be experienced particularly if a package is intercepted by Customs in the destination country.

All products are checked for quality prior to shipping to ensure they are free of any defects.

If you are unhappy with any product, returns will be accepted with 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging for a full refund including the original postage and packaging cost. Customers will be responsible for return postage costs.

Our shipping rates are as follows:-

Postage and packaging to UK destinations is £1.25 with orders over £20 free. (Postage and packaging costs and the purchase of gift vouchers do not count towards the £20 order value to qualify for free postage and packaging).

Postage and packaging to Europe is £1.75 for all orders.

Postage and packaging to the rest of the world is £2.25 for all orders.
