Postage and packaging to UK destinations is £1.50 for orders up to £14.99, £2.50 for orders between £15.00 and £29.99 or free with orders of £30 or over.

Please note that postage and packaging costs do not count towards the order value to qualify for free postage and packaging.

When placing combined orders for goods along with digi download items please note that the cost of digi download items counts towards the £30 order value to qualify for free UK postage.

For UK customers where the purchase of digi download items would take you over an order value of £14.99 please place a separate order for your digi download items to avoid being charged postage at the higher rate. 

Postage and packaging to other European desinations is £2.50 for orders up to £39.99, £8.50 for orders between £40 & £74.99 and £10.50 for orders of £75 or over. Orders with a value of £40 or over will be sent by Airsure (where this is availiable in the destination country) with electronic tracking up to the point of delivery at the final destination.

Postage and packaging to the rest of the World is £3.00 for orders up to £39.99, £9.50 for orders between £40 & £74.99 and £12.00 for orders of £75 and over. Orders with a value of £40 or over will be sent by Airsure (where this is available in the destination country) with electronic tracking up to the point of delivery at the final destination.

For customers from outside the UK where the purchase digi download items would take you over an order value of £40 or £75 please place a separate order for your gift vouchers and digi download items to avoid being charged postage at the higher rate.

As orders are sent by Royal Mail we are unable to accept instructions to leave packages in porches and sheds etc when there is nobody in to accept delivery.

There are no postage and packaging charges for digi download items.
